Failed promises - Free Education,

                              - Quality Health Care,

                              - Standard Roads,

                              - Equal Wealth,

                              - Improved Economy.

Every four years, we hear different stories from different political candidates. I keep asking when their promises will be fulfilled. When will the mercy of God show up? Who will help translate our dreams to reality? Who will save us from this so called political liars?

All we have around us are "DEVILS IN AGBADA". We are really not asking for an angel or a saint, but we deserve good leaders that will have our interests in heart, leaders that will put first the people before any other thing.

"There's always a light at the end of the tunnel" is all what we know and that's our believe. But for many decades, this country has been in a tunnel without getting to it's end. We keep telling the same stories to our offsprings everyday. should we continue this way?

The masses keep living at a danger zone. How unhealthy this country has gone. Our leaders makes us labour for their children.

In the past - back in history, the military had been in power for so many years despite the usual promises to hand over power to elected civilian administrators. Nigerians became tired of military rule and demanded for an end to military rulers and dictatorships. In 1992, General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida, the then military head of state began the process that was to lead to the handover of power from military to civilians. The electoral body was set up with Professor Humphrey Nwosu as the Chairman of the body. Some political parties were registered and allowed to participate and prepare candidates for the general election. Governors were elected, Senators were elected, members of the House of Assembly and House of Representatives were also elected. Now come the presidential election which was later conducted in 1993 with Alhaji Tofa as candidate of the NRC and MKO Abiola as candidate of the SDP. Option A4 was implemented and at the end of voting, MKO Abiola had more votes than Tofa. The military annulled the election before the announcement of MKO Abiola as the winner. Struggle for actualization began, several meetings were held but to no avail. General Babangida appointed Ernest Shonekan to serve as the Interim President of Nigeria while MKO Abiola keep struggling for actualization of his right. Abiola's struggle was taken to an international level. In the midst of this, General Sanni Abacha removed Ernest Shonekan from the military coup and made himself the new military head of state. The situation became more dicey and Abiola's hope of becoming the President gets more really slim. This made Abiola flew out of the country and settle in exile to save his life from being killed. But, while in exile, he did not relent his effort and struggle for the presidency of Nigeria. What a political SAGGER...this country - Nigeria, has beeing ruled and governed by the so called "Politicians in Uniform" (Military rulers) and "Devils in AGBADA".

Thereabout is the general election (the 2023 election) at the corner, should we continue putting square pegs in round holes??? That's a big question to ask ourselves. We all know that there's no more 'Abacha' but his likes are many in the governing body. How long more do we need to tolerate these sabotage mess? Elections in Nigeria has turned to an abominable act of naked political armed robbery and evil act of political rigging. There are so many mineral resources to help this country grow but we have been drowned into an era of political instability and economic ruin.

Oh, people of Nigeria, the time to choose wisely is now. We all are repository of power in the land. No one can give us power, the power belongs to us.

BRALESSNESS: An old Fashion Way or A New Style.

BRALESSNESS: An old Fashion Way or A New Style. © Adedeji, Adewale H.O.K. In Western society, since the 1960s, there has been a slow but steady trend towards bralessness among a number of women, especially millennials, who have expressed opposition to and are giving up wearing bras. In 2016, Allure magazine fashion director Rachael Wang wrote, "Going braless is as old as feminism, but it seems to be bubbling to the surface more recently as a direct response to Third Wave moments like #freethenipple hashtag campaign, increased trans-visibility like Caitlyn Jenner's Vanity Fair cover ... and Lena Dunham's show Girls. Women choose to go braless due to discomfort, health-related issues, their cost, and for social reasons, often having to do with self-acceptance and political expression. Women have protested the physical and cultural restrictions imposed by bras over many years. A feminist protest at the 1968 Miss America Contest is often seen as the beginning of the anti-bra m
